Washington County Life Saving Crew was honored to be able to show our respect to Trooper Lucas Dowell as he was brought home yesterday. A young hero, gone way too soon. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with his family, friends and his LEO brothers and sisters.
The Washington County Life Saving Crew provides Emergency Medical Services in and around Washington County, Virginia. Our providers respond to over 3,000 emergencies each year, including medical emergencies, crash rescue, water rescue, and provide mutual aid for Advanced Life Support for neighboring agencies.
