WCLSC was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on I-81 at approximately 1445 today. Upon arrival found one patient trapped in the vehicle. Extrication was performed and patient was safely removed. Patient was transported by Med Flight II to the hospital.
Additional assistance was provided by Abingdon Fire Department, Abingdon Police Department, Virginia State Police and Virginia State Police Med Flight II.
